1:1 Employee Engagement

Delta Air Lines had over 50k employees they needed to reach at the right moment with the right piece of information or flights would be grounded and customers angry. They had an intranet with over 100 sites, 500k HTML pages and dozens of enterprise applications. My task was to create a personalized online experience for all employee.

After assessing, roughly 200k pages were relevant, I designed an employee experience that allowed content, applications, and communications to were tailored by role and location. This personalization level allowed a 757 pilot out of Atlanta to receive notifications about a lapse in training before boarding a flight.
