DURING MY TIME AS CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER FOR DISPATCH, I DESIGNED AND MANAGED PROGRAMS TO BUILD AWARENESS AND INCREASE CONSUMER PARTICIPATION FOR RETAILERS SUCH AS GIANT BICYCLES, SHIMANO AND HONDA POWERSPORTS.
My favorite project was a mobile-first platform that transforms the purchase experience for bike owners while providing real-time participation data to manufacturers and gives retailers new ways to meet consumers' moments of intent.
